    too brief for newbies. May you please prolong them a
    bit from next time? Thanks for the post.

    • Thanks for your comments and I’m glad you enjoy them. As they are written for broadcast in the ‘By Design’ radio programme for the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) I have to keep them short. However I have written longer versions for the Radio National website which you will find under the ‘Other Writing’ section on my website. These allow me to expand on the broadcasts. Hope you enjoy them. If you add your email to the ‘follow this blog’ box then you will be notified when these are added. I’m always pleased to receive suggestions for other Design Files subjects, too!
